7 :: Fire it up!

Us Highlanders love a good fire pit, right? And autumn is perfect for catching up with friends and family around an open fire with a few delicious local wines, frothies or spirits (just to warm you up from the inside too, okay?). Order a fab platter from Nadia at Highlands Grazing Co to graze on or head to Birch Store in Moss Vale to stock up on all things deli, cheesy, snacky and delicious to make your own! Oh, and try out our Aussie S’Mores recipe too – this one has an Easter twist!
